Low Temperature Dish Machine Sanitizer
Cleanse Tec’s Low Temperature Dish Washing Machine Sanitizer is an efficient sanitizer providing sanitation in dish machines used in commercial and institutional food service operations. Sanitize by rinsing or immersing. Do not rinse after treatment. Sanitizing your dishes and utensils is safe and easy with Liquid Sanitizer. It is especially handy for 3 compartment sinks. On the first sink, wash off your soiled wares with your favorite Cleanse Tec detergent. Next, dip the item into the Rinse tank to remove excess soap suds. Finally, submerge the item into the Sanitize tank filled with Cleanse Tec Liquid Sanitizer and allow it to settle for approximately 10 seconds. The chemical reaction will purify your dishes and utensils towards proper Board of Health standards. Finally, remove the items from the sanitizer solution and allow to air dry. Do not rinse off the Liquid Sanitizer solution after the utensils have been submerged.
Solutions should be tested frequently with a suitable test kit and adjusted to insure the available chlorine does not drop below 50 ppm or exceed 100 ppm. To ensure a perfect pH balance, dip test strip in solution for one second. 50 ppm is the correct level.
Rinse off any remaining suds and submerge your washed wares into the sanitizer solution for about 10 seconds. Remove your wares from the solution and allow to air dry.
