USING BARBACK IS EASY AS 1-2-3!

Step 1: Place BARBACK into the bottom of the Wash Sink and align with faucet. Let the water flow into the center hole of the dispenser and allow to fill the sink towards your desired concentration level of soap.

Step 2: After washing your dirty glasses with the soap suds, dip them into the middle Rinse Sink to remove excess soap.

Step 3: We recommend adding Cleanse Tec® Sanitabs into the Sanitizer Sink. After the tablets dissolve, dip your glassware into the Sanitab solution for a completely clean & sanitized glass!
